PageKeep
Privacy policy
PageKeep stores scans and PDFs on your device. The app does not create an account, transmit your documents to Shape LLC, collect analytics, or include advertising or third-party SDKs.
Effective November 3, 2026
Scanning and import
PageKeep uses camera access only to scan documents. When you choose Import, the iOS photo picker gives the app access only to the photos you select. The selected pages are made into a PDF stored on your iPhone.
Storage and deletion
Your scans and PDFs remain in the app’s local storage. You can delete an individual scan in PageKeep. Deleting the app removes its locally stored documents, unless copies exist elsewhere or are included in an iOS device backup. Deleting a scan or the app does not remove copies you already exported or system backups.
Sharing
When you choose to share a PDF, iOS sends that selected file to the destination you choose. The destination’s privacy practices then apply. PageKeep does not send your documents to Shape LLC.
Apple services
Apple may separately process App Store downloads, diagnostics, and device backups under its own privacy policies and your system settings. PageKeep does not operate those services.
This website
Viewing this policy or the support page uses shapebuilds.com, which is separate from the app. The site’s hosting provider may process routine request details to deliver and protect these pages. See the Shape website privacy notice for details.
